Carol Lee Park

Carol Lee Park is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and alternative investments, particularly within the Asian financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director of the Lending Ark Asia Secured Private Debt Fund at CLSA since April 2017, Carol also contributes as a Private Credit Committee Member at the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association since May 2023. Carol co-founded Lending Ark Asia Secured Private Debt Holdings Limited and has held various leadership positions, including Founder & Director at Lending Ark Capital and Partner roles at Northstone Peak and Entropy Ventures. Prior experience includes senior positions at Henderson Global Investors and Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity, as well as a Vice President role at J.P. Morgan. Carol holds a BA in Economics from Vassar College and has further education from Dartmouth College.
