Darren Bowdern

Darren Bowdern is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the finance sector, currently serving as a Partner at KPMG since May 1993, specializing in Private Equity, M&A, and Structured Transactions. In addition to this role, Darren holds significant positions as Co Deputy Chair of the Technical Committee at the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HKVCA) since May 2018, and as a member of the Tax Committee and Exco for the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA) since May 2017. Darren has also been a Board Member and Deputy Chair of AustCham Hong Kong from May 2014 until April 2024. Educationally, Darren earned a commerce degree from the University of Melbourne between 1986 and 1989.
