Dennis McGowan

Dennis McGowan has held a variety of positions in the towing industry since 2007. Dennis began their career as General Manager at MIKES HEAVY DUTY TOWING inc. in 2007. In 2016, they became Dispatch Supervisor at Jets Towing INC. In 2018, they were Battery Service Manager at Falcon Towing. Since 2019, Dennis has been Senior Manager - Dispatch Operations, Senior Manager, Network Supply Operations, and Manager - Towing & Roadside Operations at HONK Technologies. As Manager of Towing & Roadside Operations, their duties included liaising with product teams to improve machine learning of backend systems, developing training protocols alongside T&D teams to improve efficiency of contact center agents, and actively engaging in reduction projects surrounding operational costs. As Network Optimization Manager, their role was to organize, analyze, and interpret data to develop strategic plans to optimize HONK's network of 70,000+ independent service providers nation-wide.

Dennis McGowan attended John Jay College (CUNY) from 2005 to 2007, studying Criminal Justice/Police Science. In 2011, they obtained a Wreckmaster Level 4/5 certification from WreckMaster Inc.
