Raynor Ikehara

Raynor Ikehara has extensive experience in law enforcement, serving with the Honolulu Police Department since May 1988. Currently holding the title of Police Major, Raynor has played a significant role in the department's operations and leadership. Prior to this position, Raynor served as a Police Captain with the City and County of Honolulu from May 1988 to September 2020, contributing to the development and implementation of policing strategies during this time.
