Justin Lepley, CPM, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in financial planning and analysis. Justin is currently working at HonorHealth as the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, where they are responsible for developing financial models, driving process improvement, and supporting strategic initiatives. Prior to that, they were the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at the same company.

Justin then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree focusing on Accounting from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, Justin obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Justin has also acquired additional certification as a Certified Specialist in Accounting and Finance from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), which they received in January 2022.
