Leti Valle Moretti

Leti Valle Moretti, SPHR, serves as the Human Resources Training Development Manager at One Community Health, focusing on fostering a learning environment. Additionally, Leti holds the position of Hood River County Commissioner for District 1, becoming the first Latina to serve in this capacity. With a diverse professional background, Leti has led Leti Moretti Consulting, LLC, providing consulting on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, while also facilitating group discussions and outreach projects for historically underrepresented communities. Previous roles include Supervisor at WorkSource Washington, Community Program Manager for the Blue Zones Project, and Manager of Health Promotion Services at The Next Door in the Columbia Gorge. Leti holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and an Associate's degree from the College of the Siskiyous.
