Heidi Smart

Heidi Smart has extensive experience in management within the hospitality and retail sectors. As the Senior Retail Manager and Tasting Room Lead at Hood River Distillers, Inc. since August 2015, Heidi has developed expertise in retail operations. Prior experience includes serving as the General Manager at The Inn on Negley, where Heidi directed all operations of a Victorian boutique hotel and successfully maintained an impressive year-round occupancy rate. Previous roles include Facilities Manager at Richmond Hill Inn, where Heidi managed a luxury resort's indoor facilities and implemented green initiatives, as well as leadership positions at Lumenlab and The Bird's Nest. Heidi pursued education at the University of North Carolina Asheville and the State University of New York at Oswego.
