Hendrik-Jan Vonk

Hendrik-Jan Vonk currently serves as Project Leader for the implementation of the new hiring strategy at Gemeente Tilburg and holds multiple roles as (partial) project leader in the e-HRM 2.0 implementation project at various Hoogheemraadschappen, focusing on Technology, Connections, Privacy, Security, and Compliance. Additionally, Hendrik-Jan is a Project Leader for the implementation of e-HRM 2.0 at the Unie van Waterschappen and works as an Associate at WeAreHR!, contributing expertise to HR software procurement, implementation, and optimization. As the owner of Sparkle by Vonk, Hendrik-Jan aims to enhance organizational effectiveness and energy. Previous experience includes significant leadership roles such as Head of Sales at Visma | Raet, Commercial Manager at cegeka-dsa, and General Director at Marcommit. Hendrik-Jan holds a degree in Business Administration from NCOI and a degree in Management Economics and Law from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
