Sophie S.

Sophie S. has extensive experience in auditing, financial consulting, and project management, currently serving as an Internal Auditor at Hoogheemraadschap van Schieland en de Krimpenerwaard since July 2013. Prior roles include Business Controller and Organisational Coach, Financial Advisor for the Municipality of Waddinxveen, and Management Consultant for the Municipality of Barendrecht. Sophie S. has also worked with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour in various capacities, including Project Manager and Social-Economic Researcher. Earlier career experiences include a marketing research internship at Oce Printing Systems and an academic research assistant position at Maastricht University. Sophie S. holds a Ph.D. in Corporate Citizenship and Corporate Social Reporting from Erasmus University Rotterdam, as well as a Master's in Economics and a Pre-Bachelor degree in Dutch & European Law from Maastricht University.
