Prerna Gupta

Prerna Gupta has extensive experience in the tech industry. In 2021, they founded and became the CEO of Mysterious, a futuristic social media app. Prior to that, they were the founder and CEO of HOOKED, a storytelling platform designed for social feeds, from 2015-2021. From 2011-2015, they served on the Board of Directors and as the Chief Product Officer at Smule, Inc. Prerna was the founder and CEO of Khush Inc., which was acquired by Smule in 2009. From 2005-2009, they were the founder and CEO of Yaari Inc. Prerna also worked as an Associate at Summit Partners from 2005-2006 and as a Consultant at Monitor Group from 2004-2005.

Prerna Gupta graduated from Stanford University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
