Nicole Lewis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from the University of Windsor and a Post Diploma Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic. With extensive experience in the pensions sector, Nicole currently serves as a Senior Business Analyst at the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) since October 2018. Previously, Nicole worked as a Pensions Policy Analyst at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) from August 2015 to September 2018, and as a Senior Pension Analyst at CAAT Pension Plan between February 2005 and June 2015. Additional experience includes roles as a Pension Administration Specialist at Towers Perrin and a Pension Specialist at OMERS.
