Jennifer Filice MBA, CPCC has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jennifer currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan). Prior to this, they worked as a High Performance Coach at Filice Coaching - Change Your Mindset, Change Your Bottom Line. Jennifer has also held positions as a Professor at George Brown College and an Instructor at York University.
Jennifer has a strong background in the finance industry, having worked as a Career Coach at Smith School of Business at Queen's University and as a Senior Manager of Acquisition at Plan International Canada. Earlier in their career, they held senior positions at BMO Capital Markets, where they served as a Senior Program Manager, and at BMO Financial Group, where they worked as the Manager of the Corporate Privacy Office.
Jennifer's early career includes roles as a Senior Product Manager at BMO Investments Inc. and a Senior Project Manager at Invesco Canada. With their extensive experience and expertise, they bring a wealth of knowledge to their current role in learning and development.
Jennifer Filice has a diverse education history. In 1996, they obtained an Honors B.A. degree in Economics and Psychology from York University. In 2010, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Financial Services from Dalhousie University. Additionally, in 2018, Jennifer became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Co-Active Training Institute. In 2020, they received further career coaching certification through The Academies, becoming a Certified MBA Career Coach.
