Mera Gangapersaud

Mera Gangapersaud is a skilled systems developer with extensive experience in technical support and human resources. Currently employed at the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) since May 2019, Mera has transitioned from a systems developer co-op to a full-fledged developer. Previous experience includes working as a Service Desk Technician at CompuCom, where Mera addressed technical issues in a medical environment, and serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Ristics Student Enterprise Inc., where Mera led HR initiatives and organized meetings. Mera's management background is complemented by a role as Shift Manager at Taco Bell and KFC, focusing on team motivation and customer satisfaction. Mera holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Development from Seneca Polytechnic and a Diploma in Business Management from Humber College.
