Jennifer Richardson

Jennifer Richardson currently serves as the Director of Strategic Business Management at Hoosier Energy, where responsibilities include leading strategic change, evaluating opportunities, and formulating plans to mitigate risks related to the organization’s wholesale power supply and transmission. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as the Chief Energy Advisor to Governor Eric Holcomb and Executive Director at the Indiana Office of Energy Development, providing policy expertise and promoting renewable resources across Indiana. Jennifer's extensive experience also includes positions at MISO, where advocacy and regulatory initiatives were key, as well as roles in the Indiana Department of Homeland Security and the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, focusing on strategic planning and policy negotiation. Jennifer holds an Executive Education degree from Yale School of Management and a Master of Public Administration from Indiana University Bloomington.
