Margie Weston

Margie Weston possesses extensive manufacturing experience, currently serving as a Band Builder at Hoosier Racing Tire Corp. since February 2022. Prior to this role, Margie worked at Indiana Carton Company, Inc. for over eleven years as a Gluer Operator, where responsibilities included setting up and troubleshooting various gluing and packaging machinery while mentoring other operators. Margie's earlier positions included Machine Operator roles at Corpak, Inc., Charleston Corporation, Tenneco, and Hehr, where skills in setup, operation, and quality control of industrial equipment were developed. Margie is a graduate of Knox High School.
