Tracy Coats

Tracy Coats has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tracy began their career at Decision Resources Group as an Operations Manager, where they worked from September 2001 to October 2010.

In 2010, they joined GoNoodle, initially as a School Sales Director, a position they held until December 2020. During their time at GoNoodle, Tracy also served as a Partner Relationship Director, overseeing relationships with healthcare partners and achieving an 80% renewal rate. Tracy was responsible for setting and managing partner expectations, designing and implementing community engagement programs, and actively supporting and training schools and teachers nationwide. Additionally, they organized and executed engagement events in various communities throughout the United States.

In 2020, Tracy transitioned to the role of Marketing Manager at GoNoodle, where they remained until February 2022. As Marketing Manager, they played a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Most recently, Tracy joined Hoot Reading in February 2022, initially serving as an Enterprise Sales Director. Shortly after, they were promoted to the role of Director of School Partnerships.

Tracy Coats earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature from Southeast Missouri State University, where they studied from 1985 to 1991.
