Sam Rothschild

Sam Rothschild has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Hooters of America since November 2011. Prior to this role, Sam was the Senior Vice President of Operations at Applebee's, a position held since March 2003. Sam's career includes significant leadership roles, such as Vice President at Metro Media Restaurant Group and Bennigan's Restaurants, as well as Senior Vice President at Tony Roma's and Romacorp, Inc. An alumnus of Johnson & Wales University, Sam earned an Associate of Science degree in Culinary from 1982.
