Cail Judy

Cail Judy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Hootsuite since April 2013, currently serving as the Strategic Ecosystem Lead. In this role, Cail is responsible for educating customers and the sales team about apps and integrations to maximize their value. Previous positions at Hootsuite include Program Manager for Ecosystem Integrations, Program Manager for Enterprise Expansion, and Global Program Manager for Customer Success, demonstrating a strong focus on customer engagement and operational efficiency. Additionally, Cail co-founded the Wolf Mountain Writing Collective, facilitating numerous creative events and workshops, and has worked as a freelance writer since 2008. Cail's diverse background includes roles in sales and client relations across various industries, supported by a Bachelor of Education from The University of British Columbia and a B.A. in Media Communications from Trinity Western University.
