Roya Kalbassi, MSc, PMP®, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and project delivery. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Relationship Manager at Hootsuite since January 2020, Roya has significantly improved customer satisfaction rates and developed strategic engagement roadmaps to enhance client partnerships. Prior to this, roles at Planbox included Senior Project Manager, where effective project execution and stakeholder collaboration were prioritized, and Implementation Consultant, focusing on comprehensive software deployment. Experience also includes business development analysis at Helmfried Business Solutions Inc. and project coordination at OTC - Oil Turbo Compressor. Educational qualifications include a Master of Applied Science in Quality Systems Engineering from Concordia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology.
