Shameen Gill

Shameen Gill is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Manager of the IT Helpdesk at Hootsuite since January 2017. In this role, Shameen oversees team performance, manages support queues, and collaborates on technology implementation to enhance productivity. Previous positions at Hootsuite included Team Lead and IT Helpdesk Technician, where Shameen was responsible for ticket management, technical troubleshooting, and application administration. Shameen also completed two co-op placements at Hootsuite and earned a Bachelor of Computing Science from Thompson Rivers University, achieving recognition on the Dean's List for academic excellence.
