Giovanni Perez

Giovanni Perez is an accomplished legal professional with a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Houston Law Center, specializing in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law. With experience as an Associate and previously a Law Clerk at HooverSlovacek LLP since September 2020, Giovanni has developed strong legal expertise. Prior roles include serving as a Legal Consultant at Sequitur Energy Resources, and as a Judicial Intern at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Giovanni also contributed to the Texas House of Representatives as a Legislative Aide and Community Liaison from January 2016 to May 2018.
