Emma Avison

Emma Avison has extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Hope Community Services Ltd since February 2021. Prior roles include People and Culture Advisor at Baptistcare for a short tenure in late 2020, and a progression from Human Resources Manager to HR Officer at Hope Community Services Ltd and Branston Ltd, respectively, between 2016 and 2019. Emma's earlier career includes HR roles at Longhurst Group and OUTCARE INC, starting with a foundational HR and OSH Coordinator position at Anglicare WA from 2008 to 2013. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Edith Cowan University, Emma also holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from TAFE NSW.
