Kevin Mendoza

Kevin Mendoza is the current Outreach Coordinator at Hope Builders. Prior to that, Kevin was an intern at St. Joseph Health from January 2016 to June 2017 where they were in charge of scheduling and maintaining appointments/meetings using Outlook, facilitating intern team meetings & recording meeting minutes, training new interns to various tasks, and creating new intern presentations for incoming interns. Kevin also has experience as an office clerk trainee at Taller San Jose Hope Builders from August 2015 to December 2015 where they were responsible for filing and maintaining applicant records, organizing client contacts for Employment Manager, researching topics, creating and delivering Power Point presentations, proofreading documents for accuracy including layout and formatting, creating and modifying charts, tables, and diagrams using Microsoft Word, constructing and modifying Excel spreadsheets for calculations and data management, transmitting information or documents to applicants and staff using email, mail and fax, running office machines such as photocopiers, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers, computing, recording, and proofreading data and other information such as records or reports, and reviewing files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.

Kevin Mendoza is currently enrolled at Santa Ana College, where they are studying business administration and management. Kevin is also working towards a certification in office management from Santa Ana College.

They work with and Rosario Esparza Zavala - Outreach Assistant. Kevin Mendoza reports to Dominique Misher, Outreach Manager.
