Kelly Pious

Kelly Pious has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kelly is currently working as a Managing Director at HOPE Church, where they provide inspiration, motivation, and guidance to leaders and managers. Kelly'sresponsibilities include overseeing daily activities, managing the business side of the church, and ensuring the organization's mission is carried out effectively.

Prior to their current role, Kelly worked at Wythe Ave Consulting LLC, where they held various positions. Kelly served as an Operations Manager, Marketing Manager, and Marketing Consultant, showcasing their expertise in these areas. At Self-Employed, they worked as a Marketing Consultant, utilizing their skills in marketing strategies.

Kelly also has experience in the nonprofit sector. Kelly served as the Executive Director of the Virginia Foundation for Agriculture in the Classroom at Virginia Farm Bureau Family of Companies. Additionally, they held the role of Director of Development at Virginia Farm Bureau, where they focused on fundraising and development efforts.

Earlier in their career, Kelly worked as a Marketing Manager for Capital One at Aquent, and as an Account Executive at Advancement Concepts, LLC. Kelly started their professional journey as a Program Coordinator at Junior Achievement of Central Virginia, Inc.

Kelly Pious earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Virginia Tech, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. Kelly then pursued an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business, completing their studies from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their MBA, they also obtained a Certificate in Development and Fundraising from the University of Richmond School of Continuing Studies, following the same timeline as their MBA studies.
