Julie Payne

Julie Payne is an experienced mental health professional with a strong background in behavioral health management and counseling. Currently serving as the Behavioral Health Manager at Hope Clinic since April 2021, Julie has previously worked at Catholic Social Services of Washtenaw County from December 2007 to April 2021, where roles included Maternal and Infant Services Program Manager, Pregnancy Counselor, and Behavioral Health Therapist. Earlier experience includes positions at Lutheran Child and Family Services as a Therapist and MSW Intern, as well as roles as a Domestic Violence Advocate Intern at Tubman Center and a Social Work Intern at Proximos Pasos Girl's School. Julie holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Spanish from Bethel University.
