Isael Vallejos

Isael Vallejos currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Hope Enterprise Corporation, a role held since July 2018, where contributions are made towards shaping a positive organizational culture with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, as well as overseeing employee development programs. Vallejos has previously held multiple leadership positions within the organization, including Senior Vice President of Talent Management and Vice President of Learning and Development, providing strategic oversight to teams focused on training and talent acquisition. Prior to Hope Enterprise Corporation, Vallejos worked at Regions Bank as Assistant Vice President and Regional Operations Manager, where responsibilities included supporting branch operations and compliance. Vallejos began a career in education as Vice Principal at Cornerstone Presbyterian High School, overseeing curriculum development and discipline.
