Carol Boyer

Carol Boyer has extensive work experience in various roles related to community engagement, outreach, and partnership development in the healthcare sector. Carol currently holds the position of Chief Strategy and Engagement Officer at Hope House Treatment Centers. Prior to this, they served as the Co-Chair at Howard County Health Department, Behavioral Health and as the National Director of Community and Government Partnerships at Delphi Behavioral Health Group. Carol also held the position of Community Relations Director at Maryland House Detox and Chairperson of Healthy Anne Arundel Month Planning Committee. Additionally, they served as the Chairperson of the Human Performance Signature Program for Northeast High School at Anne Arundel County Board of Education. Carol also worked as an Outreach Consultant at Sovereign Health Group and as a Volunteer Tour Leader at Share Our Strength. Carol has experience as a Community Outreach Specialist at Chase Brexton Health Care and as a Community Engagement and Outreach Coordinator at ShopRite of Glen Burnie.

Carol Boyer received a Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1982. Additionally, they pursued Theatre/Education at both the University of Maryland Colege Park and the University of Maryland Baltimore County between 1978 and 1982.
