Elisa Sims

Elisa Sims is the current Accounting Manager at Hopelab. Elisa has over fifteen years of experience in accounting and financial management. Sims began their career as an accountant at SSL Law Firm LLP in 2001. In 2004, they left the law firm to become the Project Financial Manager/Supervisor at SAIC. Elisa held this position for one year before moving on to become the Controller at the San Diego Culinary Institute in 2011. In 2014, Sims left the culinary institute to work as a consultant for Kranz & Associates. Elisa worked as a consultant for Robert Half Management Resources from 2015 to 2017. Sims is currently responsible for monthly financials production and all general ledger activities at Hopelab.

Elisa Sims has a MBA in Organizational Management and Leadership from Point Loma Nazarene University, a Professional Certificate in Accounting from UC San Diego, and a BA in Physical Education from California State University, Chico.

Elisa Sims reports to Nathan Jayappa, Head of Finance.
