Lydia L.

Lydia L. serves as the Associate Vice President at ETS Research Institute, with a career that began in August 2006. In this role, Lydia drives research support across various ETS business lines, including K-12 and Global Higher Ed, while also securing philanthropic funding for research innovations. Previous positions at ETS include Principal Research Director, Senior Research Director, and Director of Research, where Lydia focused on foundational research and strategic programs in higher education and workforce assessments. Lydia holds a PhD in Quantitative Methods and Evaluation from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Science & English from the University of Science and Technology of China. Additionally, Lydia is a Board Member for multiple organizations such as ETS China and Hopewell Valley Regional School District, and serves on the Mastery Transcript Consortium®.
