Shelley Friesen

Shelley Friesen has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Shelley currently holds the position of Vice President of Revenue Cycle and Practice Management at HopeWest since October 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Revenue Cycle at HopeWest from April 2015 to October 2021.

Before joining HopeWest, Shelley worked at Western Healthcare Alliance as the Director of CBO from August 2016 to June 2017. Shelley also served as the Practice Administrator for GVPC/GVUC at Colorado West Healthcare System from September 2003 to April 2015. Additionally, they held the role of Revenue Cycle Director at Colorado West Healthcare System during the same period.

Earlier in their career, Shelley worked as the Business Office Director at St. Johns Medical Center in Jackson, Wyoming from September 2001 to July 2003. Shelley began their career at Poudre Valley Health System as the Billing Manager for the Residency Program from 1999 to 2000.

Shelley Friesen received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Colorado Mesa University, completing their studies from 1980 to 1984.
