Gaëtan Hannecart

Gaëtan Hannecart has held a variety of roles in the real estate industry since 1994. Gaëtan began their career at Matexi, where they served as Chairman of the Investment Committee and Chief Executive Officer. In 1999, they became a Non Executive Director at Home Invest Belgium. In 2006, they joined Cofinimmo as a Non Executive Director and Chairman of the Nomination, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee. In 2010, they were appointed Non Executive Director at Realdolmen and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. In 2013, they became a Non Executive Director at Groupe Louis Delhaize. In 2016, they joined N-SIDE as a Non Executive Director. In 2017, they were appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors at Financiere de Tubize. In 2020, they joined SIPEF as a Non Executive Director. In 2021, they were appointed Non Executive Director at Hoplr - Social Smart City.

Gaëtan Hannecart attended KU Leuven from 1982 to 1988 and earned a MSc Engineering (Burgerlijk ingenieur/ingénieur civil) in Electromechanical engineering and Manufacturing management. Gaëtan then attended Harvard Business School from 1992 to 1994 and received an MBA in General Management.
