Peter De Smedt has worked in various roles since 2004. Peter began their career as a Beleidsmedewerker at Gemeente Landsmeer, where they were responsible for beleid afdeling Informatie en automatisering. Peter then moved to Clouddog in 2011, where they served as Eigenaar and specialized in Instagram, Pinterest, Foursquare, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, (mobiele of responsive) Websites, and Qrcodes in huisstijl en met logo erin verwerkt. In 2015, they joined SJVBV as Chief Technology Officer / Senior Project Manager, where they acted as an Agile project management specialist to supervise and deliver complex projects. In 2016, they were promoted to Chief Operations Officer / Senior Project Manager, where they designed and implemented business strategies, plans and procedures, set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, and established policies that promote company culture and vision. In 2021, they joined Hoplr as Head of Customer Success, where their focus is to create strong agile-based teams that work independent, take their responsibility and have a drive to improve their relationship with the customer.
Peter De Smedt obtained their Bachelor degree from the University of Amsterdam in 2004, where they studied Antropology and New Media from 1998 to 2004.
