Doreen Li

Doreen Li is the current COO and Co-founder at hopps. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Operations Manager at Pilot.com from October 2018 to February 2020. In this role, they led and managed the day-to-day and professional development for a team of eight bookkeeping account managers. Doreen also performed monthly reviews of books prepared by junior account managers.

Before their time at Pilot.com, Doreen worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Dropbox from July 2017 to October 2018. In this role, they contributed to monthly product retrospectives to prioritize focus areas for future sprints. Doreen also helped shape the high-level product and operations strategy in our SF and Nashville offices.

Prior to Dropbox, Doreen worked as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst at BlackRock from December 2015 to June 2017. In this role, they worked cross-functionally with Sales and Finance to curate top-notch customer experiences. Doreen also partnered with Engineering on building high-impact features around gauging customer happiness, logic-based financial calculations, and automating routine tasks.

They are on a team with and Janelle Hamilton - Account Executive. Doreen Li reports to Guillermo Trujillo, CEO & Co-founder.
