Sebastian Bürgel

Sebastian Bürgel is the current President at HOPR. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and CTO at Validity Labs from March 2016 to February 2020. Sebastian also was the Co-Founder and CTO at SONECT from January 2016 to August 2017. Sebastian did their Master's Thesis at the California Institute of Technology from September 2009 to May 2010. After that, they were a Postdoc at ETH Zurich from September 2010 to December 2016.

Sebastian Bürgel has a M.Sc. ETH in Biomedical Engineering from ETH Zürich and a B.Sc. ETH in Information Technology and Electrical Engineering from ETH Zürich.
