Beth Smith

Beth Smith has over 30 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as VP and Sr. HR Business Partner at Horace Mann since October 2013. Prior to this role, Beth held positions as AVP and Sr. HR Business Partner at Horace Mann, and Managing Consultant - Human Resources at American General Life Companies from January 2010 to October 2013. Earlier career experiences include HR Manager positions at Allegient and Inrange, as well as HR Representative at Onex. Beth began their career in personnel and patient services at Memorial Medical Center from 1993 to 1997.
