Douglas Clark

Douglas Clark has had a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Douglas started their career as a US Infantry Officer in the US Army from May 1987 to February 1996. Douglas then worked at GE, where they held various roles from February 1996 to January 2004, including being a VP of Sourcing Operations. After that, they joined Genworth Financial, where they held different positions such as VP of Marketing Initiatives, VP of Group LTCI Commercial Operations, VP of AARP Distribution and Member Experience, and VP of AARP Caregiving Implementation. Douglas'smost recent role was as VP of Life and Annuity Business Solutions at Horace Mann, starting in October 2013.

Douglas Clark received a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point in the years 1983 to 1987. Douglas then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management from Regis University between 1988 and 1991. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including a Producer Health, Life & Annuities License from the Virginia Bureau of Insurance in 2013, an Executive Training Course from the Darden Business School, University of Virginia in 2007, a Management Development Course from the General Electric John F. Welch Leadership Center in 1998, and a Master Black Belt from the General Electric Company in 1997.
