Jenny Muche

Jenny Muche, AAP, APRP, NCP has extensive experience in the banking industry. Jenny began their career at TSB Bank in 1999 as a Bookkeeping Supervisor and held this role until 2005. Following that, they joined WACHA as the Director of Membership Services from 2005 to 2012. In 2012, Jenny joined Horicon Bank, starting as an Electronic Banking Officer and eventually working their way up to Assistant Vice President of Electronic Banking. Jenny then served as the Vice President of eBanking, where they managed the bank's long-term eBanking strategic plan. Currently, Jenny is the Vice President of Deposit Operations & eBanking at Horicon Bank, responsible for overseeing the management, leadership, and regulation compliance of deposit operations, electronic banking, and payment card services.

Jenny Muche attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2014-2015, where they studied Leadership Development for Community Bankers in the field of Professional & Executive Development. Prior to that, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Washington County from 2009-2010 and the University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac from 1996-1998. Jenny also holds additional certifications including Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP), obtained in 2018 from NACHA (The Electronic Payments Association), National Check Payments Certification (NCP), obtained in 2011 from the Electronic Check Clearing House Organization (ECCHO), and Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), obtained in 2004 from NACHA (The Electronic Payments Association).
