Steve Leaman

Steve Leaman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Steve started their career at Target, where they worked in various positions and eventually became an Executive Team Leader. In this role, they were responsible for specific areas of the store and helped run overall store operations. Steve then joined First Federal Capital Bank as a Bank Manager. After that, they worked at Associated Bank as an Assistant Vice President and Senior Bank Manager. In this role, they directed the management of sales activities of the branch location and was responsible for hiring, training, and developing office team members. Currently, Steve is working at Horicon Bank as a Senior Vice President in Business Banking. Their responsibilities include building relationships with businesses, developing new deposit and credit relationships, and serving as the primary point of contact and financial advisor for clients.

Steve Leaman attended Oconomowoc High School from 1988 to 1992. Steve then pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree at UW-Milwaukee at Waukesha from 1992 to 1995. Following that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management and Human Resources at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1995 to 1997. Most recently, from 2022 to 2024, Steve Leaman enrolled in the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
