Matt Hartsook

Matt Hartsook has extensive experience in financial roles, primarily in the healthcare industry. Matt is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Horizon Behavioral Health, where they previously served as the Controller. Prior to that, they worked at Centra Health as a Senior Finance Analyst. Matt also had stints at Harris Corporation and AREVA, where they held senior financial analyst roles. At AREVA, they also served as the Supervisor of a shared service department. Matt's early career was with Genworth Financial, where they held various roles, including Lead Finance Analyst and Actuarial Technician. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as budgeting and strategic planning. Matt has also been involved in implementing financial systems and policies to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.

Matt Hartsook completed their Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) from Liberty University between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lynchburg College in 2007, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In addition, they received a certification titled "Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience" from LinkedIn in 2020.
