John T. Chambers

John T. Chambers is a Bioinformatic Scientist at Horizon Discovery, leading the development of predictive algorithms for CRISPR-BE and integrating cloud infrastructure for genome targeting. Prior experience includes a role as a Genomic Data Analyst at Invitae, where John expanded analytical tools and facilitated data exchange with major industry players. While at the University of Colorado Boulder, John developed machine learning approaches for RNA splicing and served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Earlier, as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The University of Georgia, John contributed to high throughput screening methods and co-authored a publication. John holds an MSc in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BSc in Chemistry from The University of Georgia.
