Matthew Russell

Matthew Russell serves as the Global Head of Information Technology at Horizon Discovery since June 2017, after previously holding the role of Director of Information Technology within the same company. Prior to Horizon Discovery, Matthew Russell was the Chief Technology Officer at Cognisco from November 2010 to June 2017. Earlier experience includes positions as Development Manager at PayPoint plc from February 2009 to November 2010, Development Manager at i2 Limited from February 2004 to February 2009, and Senior Analyst/Programmer at Tyco Healthcare from August 2001 to March 2004.
