Sebastien Allouis

Sebastien Allouis is the Head of Scientific Support at Revvity since May 2023 and has been the Head of Technical Support at Horizon Discovery since December 2016, where responsibilities include customer service and technical support management. Previously, Sebastien served as a Senior Business System Analyst at Illumina from December 2010 to September 2016, focusing on enhancing customer support through data analysis and management. Earlier roles include Technical Support Supervisor at Illumina and Clone Distribution Manager at Source BioScience, where laboratory management and customer support were key responsibilities. Sebastien began a research career as a Post Doc at the John Innes Centre from June 2000 to June 2003. Education includes a PhD in Molecular Genetics from the University of East Anglia and a maitrise in Genetics from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
