Joe Goldberg

Joe Goldberg is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Horizon Engage, a specialized research and consulting firm focusing on the political and commercial environment for foreign investors in challenging environments. Prior to founding Horizon Engage, Joe worked as an Associate at Eurasia Group, where Joe led the firm's oil and gas business development efforts. Joe also has experience working at The Commonwealth Fund and Ernst & Young. Joe holds a MA in Finance from New York University.
