Gail Lebel

Gail Lebel, MBA, CPHR, SPHR, CEC, currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Horizon Health Network. Prior to this, Gail held various leadership roles in human resources at J.D. Irving, Limited, ICT Group Inc., and Cendant Canada Inc. Lebel holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick.
