Aleah George

Aleah George serves as the Senior Manager of the Strategic Initiatives Group at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since September 2022, bringing extensive experience in health policy and management. Prior to this role, Aleah held positions at COPE Health Solutions from November 2019 to September 2022, where contributions included serving as both a Manager and Senior Consultant. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Data Analyst and Clinical Data Analyst at Coastal Medical from June 2014 to July 2018, and a Research Volunteer at the Rhode Island Health Center Association in early 2014. Additionally, Aleah gained experience as a Policy Intern at the Rhode Island Office of the Health Insurance Commissioner in 2013. Aleah holds a Bachelor's of Science in Health Policy and Management from Providence College and participated in a program at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad in 2012.
