Kathleen Dwyer

Kathleen Dwyer has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kathleen most recently served as a Human Resources Director at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since October 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Staff Vice President Human Resources at Anthem, Inc. from February 2012 to June 2018, where they provided strategic HR support and leadership. Kathleen also served as an HQ Director of Shared Services at Comcast from August 2010 to August 2011. Kathleen has held several other HR positions throughout their career, including Regional HR Director at Comcast, Area HR Manager at Comcast, Team Relations Executive at Target Corporation, Human Resource Manager at Caldor Corporation, Store Manager at Lady Foot Locker, and Human Resource Assistant at UPS.

Kathleen Dwyer has a Masters degree in Human Resources from Rutgers University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their BA in Management and Industrial Relations from Seton Hall University, from 1986 to 1990. In addition to their degrees, Kathleen has also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in January 2020.
