Taras Kotliar

Taras Kotliar is currently the Senior Manager of Cloud/API Development & Operations at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. With over 18 years of experience in the tech industry, Taras has led a team of over 100 employees through digital transformation to support multiple applications and mobile apps. Prior to their current role, Taras was a Lead Programmer at EPASYS Corporation and Software Engineer/DBA at both BellSOUTH and Verizon Communications. Taras holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
