Tom Consol has a diverse work experience history. Tom began their career as a Sales Director at the Telemarketing Sales Channel in 2001 and continued in a similar role at AT&T Consumer from 2001 to 2004. Tom then moved on to become the Executive Director of AT&T Operations and Office of the Customer Advocate from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2008, Tom served as the VP of Strategic Growth at Digital Cement, specializing in professional services and strategic consulting. Tom subsequently joined ConvergenceHealth Inc. as the Director of Sales from 2008 to 2011, followed by their position as VP of Operations and Client Services at VXI Global Solutions, Inc. from 2011 to 2014. Tom then returned to ConvergenceHealth Inc. as the Vice President of Client Relations from 2014 to 2016. Their most recent role was at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where they served as the Director of Operations for Provider Services and Vendor Partner Operations Management since 2016.
Tom Consol obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a specialization in Athletic Training from Springfield College in 1979. Tom pursued further education and completed a Master of Science degree in Physical Education and Exercise Science from the same institution in 1983.
