Vasudha Katipally

Vasudha Katipally has extensive experience in data integration and project management within the healthcare and insurance sectors. As a Senior Manager at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since April 2016, Vasudha oversees a global team of over 100 members, managing IT projects and advising senior leadership on strategic initiatives. Previously, as Manager I from 2012 to 2016 and Development Lead from 2009 to 2012 at the same company, Vasudha successfully led cross-functional programs and a team of developers, ensuring project delivery aligned with business objectives. Prior experience includes serving as Implementation Lead/Architect at Travelers, where Vasudha developed data structures for Business Intelligence, and as Information Technology Development Team Lead at Johnson & Johnson. Education was completed at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
