Patrick Wolodzko

Patrick Wolodzko has extensive experience in real estate and construction management, currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate and Division Director of Real Estate at Horizon House, Inc. since October 1991, where management and oversight of a portfolio of over 140 properties, including single and multi-family housing and commercial offices, are key responsibilities. Prior to this role, Patrick was the Director of Maintenance and Construction at Whole Home Svcs., Inc. from 1988 to 1991, where operational oversight of residential and light commercial remodeling was provided. Patrick's career began in maintenance, serving as Maintenance Foreman at PSFS from 1983 to 1988 and as a Maintenance Controller in the US Marine Corps from 1973 to 1981, focusing on aircraft maintenance management at the squadron level.
